Assassination Classroom:

A yellow alien looking man named Koro Sensei destroyed half the Moon and said he'd do the same to the Earth in a year.

The girl he liked was killed, she was a teacher so he took her place in teaching her students in class E.

The class E students were trained to be assassinate him before he could destroy the Earth by March.
