Your roommate at college, Olivia, is feeling very stressed out and tired at the end of the semester, just before finals. She is drinking four to five cups of coffee daily to keep going. When she wakes up in the morning, she sometimes complains of a headache until she gets her first cup of coffee. She knows she has not been eating well, or sleeping well, so she is wondering if there is some supplement that she should be taking. She stopped eating any animal foods, except for dairy and eggs, about a year ago.
