Contrast the work of renoir and lautrec. how do the subjects styles of the artists reflect nineteenth century french society and the innovations of nineteenth century art?

Both the painters Renoir and Lautrec were known for their work as an artist, born in France. Each of the artists had a different style of work in art. Renoir is known for his impressionist style in the 1870s which helped him gain his reputation and his work in Europe. Renoir and Lautrec were motivated differently and displayed them in their pieces of art.

Renoir works show landscapes, people carrying out the activity, like dancing, walking. Lautrec’s paintings, on the other hand, were done on nightlife with using dull colors. Lautrec’s interests were more of drawings then painting like Renoir.

for many centuries, the catholic church has been a patron of the arts. the church has used various scientific methods to maintain its power.

very interesting question. i'm a guy, so my vote hardly matters, but blue according to my wife is a purple with more blue than red.

the "brown"   is not mauve. that's the tough one. it has more brown the mauve in it. you almost need a color wheel to tell or a paint sample book. her gloves are a deeper purple.

i would also qualify this by saying you need say how good your monitor is. i'm working with a lap top so i couldn't swear by anything i've written is accurate. i had 3 women offer an opinion. they were not in agreement and they were not certain.

for posting. i'm more of a math type so i'm staying out of this but it was lots of fun.
