This type of stuff is simple. Once you get the hang of it, it's really easy.

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure you just write 123 repeatedly for every single line since your are required to write something.

For #4, draw a line after the 2nd half note and the quarter note. Then there should be a group of 3 quarter notes going down, so group those together. After that, take the next half note and quarter note and put it into a measure, leaving the final dotted quarter.
