Some scientists are proposing placing solar panels in space to collect sunlight is this a good idea or a bad idea and why?

Good idea . so they can convert light to heat to electrical energy for us

Iwould say overhead, b/c front would shine in their face, and might mess up the picture, especially if taken by a so either front or overhead, but i'm leaning towards overhead
