Would you prefer to work with lighting for a film or for a theatrical production and why?

I would rather work with lighting for a theatrical production over a film because for theatrical productions there’s more options for lighting in many areas, such as lighting and special effects. For film, it would most likely be just lighting a set so you can see the actors and not much else.
