For AP STATS At a large company banquet for several thousand employees and their families, many of the attendees became ill the next day. The company doctor suspects that the illness may be related to the fish, one of the three options for the main course. Since all guests had to preorder their meal, the doctor was able to randomly select and contact 80 people that are the fish, 64 got sick. 60 people who didn't eat the fish were also randomly selected and contacted, 39 got sick. The doctor knows at least 1000 attendees ordered the fish.
A)is this convincing evidence that the true proportion of all attendees who ate the fish and got sick is greater than those who didn't eat the fish and got sick?
B)based on your conclusion in A which mistake (a type 1 or type 2 error) could you have made? Interpretate in context.
