Calculate the theoretical mass of the excess reactant.
Soon after mixing the reactants, the student determines that 33.17 g of CaSO4 was produced by the reaction. Is this a reasonable result? Show calculations to defend your answer.
The first two questions were about the number of moles of each reactant the student mixed and which is the limiting reactant. I got 2.55x10^-1 mol H2SO4 and approximately 2.5x10^-1 mol CaCO3, and that the limiting reactant is CaCO3. I'm pretty sure of these answers but I got stuck with the second two questions.
