Please help, I don’t understand

Primary consumers eat producers, secondary consumers eat primary consumers, and tertiary consumers eat secondary consumers. These can overlap if an organism has more than one food source.

In this question, the farmer eats the chicken, which eats grasshoppers, which eat soybeans. The soybeans are the producers, the grasshoppers are the primary consumers, the chickens are the secondary consumers, and the humans are tertiary consumers.
