The Constitutional Convention’s Committee of Detail had introduced a preliminary draft of the Constitution to the delegates, Federalists and the Anti-Federalists in the early month of August 1787.

During that time, the Federalists and Anti-Federalists had started debating over how the foundation of the constitution and the government of America should be like.  Since the constitution had given much power to the Federalists, the Anti-Federalists started voicing out their opinions through speeches, essays and pamphlets which were known as “Anti-Federalists Papers.”

In these papers, the Anti-Federalists had pointed out their own opinions that how the newly formed constitution has not focused on everyone which created powerful arguments against modifying the constitution in the states. And after a lot of arguments and mobilization, the Anti-Federalists were able to take out those articles and the republic of the American society leads a peaceful life.
